FYI if you are opting out on any vaccine they will not see your child after 2 years old. Wish I would have known this in the beginning...
Would not recommend. After 10 phone calls, and voicemail to the manager I was still not called back. My son was denied an inhaler prescription (he lost his previous inhaler) because they wanted to see him first in case it had gotten worse (he were just there in December). I told them it hadn’t, and that we had a specialist appointment in a few days but we’re going on a vacation and needed the inhaler now. They would not give us the prescription. Recommendedgot my son in fast but only wanted to address 1 of his 2 issues, had an ear ache and a tummy ache and the doctor didn't want to even talk about his tummy ache she said because the person that scheduled his appointment didn't put down he had a tummy ache. I had to raise my voice to even get her to address his tummy ache. this has been the only issue we have had with them.
We are only in surprise for a few months and my children had a chronic, unexplained health issue and Victoria Campbell was incredible. She spent almost 2 hours with us explaining possible diagnosis, treatment options, testing, and allaying our concerns and fears. All of the staff was incredibly helpful, kind, and friendly. As a momma who was worried about my children, desert valley was exactly what I needed. I’m so grateful that I stumbled upon this pediatric office. Thank you!!
LOVE the staff! We have been coming here for 6 years and Dr. Olga does a great job with the kids. Highly recommended!
they are best in their field. they also get the kids in right away when sick. Drs. are great here and nurses and staff as well.
we have been bringing our little on here for a while. the staff has been great and visits with the docs are great. the only gripe I have is when the front desk knows your doctor is running behind, please let the patient and or parents know. it's annoying to have to go back to the desk and question why you have been waiting for 45 minutes.

We absolutely love Desert Valley Pediatrics! We have taken our 3 year old twins here since birth and they are the best. Scheduling is easy, every appointment they have ever had has always been on time with almost no waiting, 24 hour nurse line and so much more. I highly recommend them to everybody I know and several of our friends and family members now bring their children here as well.
