WORST ER TO GO TO! Showed up at around 9:40 pm on 2/1/19 waited 7 1/2 hours to not know when we would get called. Asked to be moved to their fast track urgent care, said I couldn't because of my 3 year olds symptoms but there was other children going back to the urgent care with the same symptoms. I would continuously ask if they had beds open and they would tell me no and as some earlier patients were leaving they were in shock because I had not been pulled back yet and told me that they had open beds back there that were t... read more

At the peak of flu season, the influx of patients into the ER has been astronomical. I got to witness firsthand today the teamwork of the ER staff. People continued to check in nonstop but the staff kept their cool, even in the face of several emergencies. I just wanted to take a minute to recognize all of their hard work and continued compassion even with the relentless pressure that they face.

So glad we will not be bringing my Dad here anymore. Most of the doctors and nurses are good but they have become too big for their britches. The wait times keep increasing and the service keeps decreasing. At today’s visit with Dr. Busch, he had a physical therapist in the room by video chat to “document “ the visit. What the flip for??? Makes one question the doctor and the services.
Waiting patiently to be seen and I needed to use the restroom! This is what your restroom looks like! This is so unsanitary! I’m still waiting to use the restroom 45 min later!
