Pleasant office I came to this office for the first time and had a pleasant experience. Front office staff was very friendly and courteous. I was taken back to a room shortly after check in and seen by a provider who was attentive and caring. I would highly recommend this office!
Horrible Don't know about drs because we never made to see them but if they are as dumb as the office staff I would take out additional life insurance. I am from out of town - if you are out of town DO NOT USE THEM!! I have had no issues getting providers on my insurance as long as they are Beech Street - I was switching because this was closer to my house and having twins anything that makes life easier. miss I would NEVER go back to that awful practice. The front people try ated you as though they were doing you a favor by being there. I even tried their other office in Auwatukee, it was worse than the Dobson one. The front desk girl (Dee) was the meanist rudest person on earth, Also a tall blond woman working with Dee I think the Dr. wife was just waundering around and would not pick up a hand to help anyone, she is useless.. Hell will freeze over if I ever go there again...
Appointments Tom Willim worked there for a while. He was my doctor at a previous office and that is why I moved there. I would tend to agree with all of the people that have commented. Their office staff is rude and takes forever to do anything.. Charm school is an understatement. They need to go back to grade school where they should learn manners again as They HAVE NONE
Desert Valley Family Medicine Very long wait times and incompetent staff both in the front and back office. Not once in the last two years have I been in this office and not had a problem with either billing, prescriptions or overbooking. And we have to pay for this service? If you value your sanity and your blood pressure, Don't do it!
Front Office has issues While the service once you get to see a doctor is great, it's frustrating just trying to get in. I finally called one of their other branches (Dobson) and they scheduled me in Ocotillo...what a joke, and they Dobson knew of the phone issue. Either way, they are completely overwhelmed. I just wish I could find a good doctor without these issues.
Horrible Service, Horrible wait times Every time I call to get an appointment, I wait for 10-20 min on the phone. I have waited an hour in the lobby once I get there because they overbook. I just hung up from them to make an appt after 18 minutes on hold. They aren't very nice and seem to be sooooo inconvenienced every time you call or come in.
