I love my orthodontist, but when I called to get a wire cut because my bracket fell off, they told me to come in & they would take care of it for me. I couldn't eat because the wire kept poking my cheek & the wax wouldn't help so I was happy they said they would take me in. I got there & told me it would be a 30 minute wait. All I needed was the wire to be cut. When I asked to come back later, the receptionist had an attitude. I was also late for my class at VVC. I'm going to stop recommending them.
Friendly staff, professional Dr's.. But they always have a reason to not performed work the same day. It's like they want more $ for another office visit, and they're super slow! Always an hour wait to be seen. I changed dentists after approx 15 times of this happening. It's to difficult for my son to miss school for appts every week.
This dentist is AMAZING!!!! I feel right at home when I walk in! Such wonderful people in the office! They're always kind and comforting and make sure you're comfortable before they do any treatments on you, the doctors are always very gentle and make sure you're not uncomfortable! They made my teeth look wonderful! And plus now they have TV's in there operatories and let you watch whatever you want!
This office is amazing! Love the modern look not to mention the treatment I received was excellent! No pain at all. Very friendly staff as well
