Extremely poor referral handling and communication. My son was referred to this office twice, and both times the process was handled terribly. The first referral was essentially ignored, and I never received any follow-up. About a year later, my doctor sent another referral. I spoke with Carla and was told to allow 2–3 weeks for the referral to be processed, even though my doctor’s office had already sent everything over. One of my hearing aids stopped working, and a factory repair would be $300. Took it to Desert Valley Audiology, and for $20 charge they got it working perfectly! Didn't catch the name of the technician, but she was fantastic. Thank you!
