Something is NOT working right in this parts dept!! If you call, it's FOREVER on hold. If you're at the counter, it's FOREVER to get help! Precision Toyota is so much more efficient. FIX THIS DESERT!!
Firstly, I waited on hold for 15 minutes. Second, once on the phone with someone, I was told I could not get a commercial price over the phone and would have to come in and wait for the parts person's boss to get me in the system. I have commercial account at probably 10 other dealerships, and this is the first one to have this rule. I don't have time to be setting up accounts in person just to get a simple price on a part. Please teach the lady answering calls for the parts department how to navigate the computer system used. 7 minutes to tell me what kind of transmission fluid the car I'm working on needs is a little excessive. To have a conversation with someone else while I'm waiting is a little unprofessional. Then to hangup on me when I say I'll have to get a part somewhere else because it'll be a 3-4 day wait is something that's never happened to me in my dealings with a lot of parts departments over the years.
