The techs did everything The technicians that came to my home did everything they could to make the experience a positive one. Their prices were fair and I will definitely be using Desert Tech again.
Honest and polite! Before hiring Desert Tech I did my research (even checked their references) who had nothing but good things to say! Turns out they were correct, I couldn't believe how courteous and polite the workers were. It was a warm day and my AC was having issues so they made sure they kept it on as long as possible so I wouldn't be uncomfortable too long. The new unit is quiet as a mouse and it was the cheapest pricing around town!
Amazing customer service! I have several rental properties so I always get several bids on work that is needed; 3 companies quoted this job and 2 said it would cost $5k because the unit is not repairable....but Desert Tech found the problem and repaired it for less than $200!! They are by far the best guys I have found!
Made our house warm again. Our house was so cold. We had Desert Tech come out and they got the work done fast. Price was right too. Now our house is warm again and we appreciate all they did to make that happen.
Happy with the job done I had some problems with my heater, so I had them come out and fix it and now I am happy with the job and also the price they charged me.
