Terrible experience. Just bought a vehicle and already it has been in the shop 5 times. I haven’t even got a first oil change in it! It’s in the shop as I write this. Tell you the truth I don’t even want the vehicle no more. I have been told that the vehicle will be fixed but here we are again. Ugh go somewhere else. I always pay cash for my vehicles and I expect car problems from a $4000-$5000 vehicle but when your making payments on something more, I expect to get in my car and have no problems.

We contacted Jane about possibly getting a vehicle and she offered to pick us up so we could get to the dealership.
