My mom is a 76 year old new widow fighting cancer. Her AC unit froze up in September and a technician came out to give her an estimate. He charged her $76.56 to tell her she needed a new motor, new coils, and a deep cleaning. A friend she knew from church came to look at it later that day and sprayed it off with her hose and defrosted it, went inside, and turned it on. It's worked great every since. Awesome experience with Desert Sun!!! Alberto came out on a Friday. Knew our condenser fan motor was going out. Came back on Sunday when it finally went out. Super respond and helpful!!!! System is only 2 years old. He's actually doing the leg work too see if it's covered to get us a rebate. So happy with this company and especially his service!! Amazing guy! Thank you!!
