First of all, I LOVE this company. The techs are AWESOME!!! I had a rattling noise coming from my blower motor that was getting worse by the day. It was determined that I needed a new squirrel cage and new mounting brackets. After replacing the parts, there was still a slight noise. Keith, the tech, was not happy with that. He was bound and determined to find out where the noise was coming from. He was like a dog searching for a buried bone. He didn't stop until he found the reason and corrected it.
