I love Desert Sun!! From the scheduler, who is pleasant, to the technician Greg. I called at 7:30 am for an AC making a loud noise. By 12:00, Greg was at my door. He was efficient, pleasant to deal with and fixed the problem quickly. I will always recommend them!!

This company is absolutely amazing! Luke came out to my house today and fixed my AC and was so friendly and professional and the job was done perfectly! They saved me! No one wants to be without AC in the middle of summer in Arizona. This company came out did the job correctly and got it done! Highly highly highly recommended! Luke. You're welcome! Back here anytime! But hopefully we won't have to fix anything next time, lol.

This company is professional, efficient, and has excellent customer service technique. Company prepared for quickest possible installment even before I secured financing. The team that installed my new system worked together smoothly without a hitch. They were also knowledgeable about air conditioning with answers to my questions on practical ways to use the air conditioning wisely. I highly recommend this company and plan to use them for all my air conditioning needs.

Issac, Keith and the entire staff are fantastic. Installers never stopped working until the job was done. Customer service can’t be matched. New system in / out in less than a day along with a fantastic warranty. I highly recommend!!

Keith was the on call tech. My A/C stopped working around 7 pm and he was out quick with an idea of what was wrong before he even arrived. Quick diagnosis and had it fixed within about 30 minutes of showing up. Professional, friendly, and top notch service.
