My kids and I absolutely love Dr. Potter and his staff. They are patient and very knowledgeable. I won't allow them to see anyone else. Very happy with the work!

Why are we charged for my wife's procedures AFTER we asked you if it's covered by insurance, and you said it was. You didn't verify that it was, but told us that it was...?

We always try to help our patients with their insurance benefits with the information provided by our patients. Benefits are at best on estimate and occsionally the benefits aren't paid as we think they will be. Dr Klingel would be happy to speak with you to resolve this issue. 787-4531

We had our first visit there today. I have 4 teen age boys and one pre-teen girl. (3 went today) they loved the friendly staff & nice facility. It's the only dentist they have ever said they want to go back to. :) They scheduled us right away. The dentist even introduced himself to me (the parent not being seen today). They Figured out all of our insurance info. Offered us beverages & also coffee stand coupons when we left. Very professional & welcoming!
