Attempted to order a grinder online last year, when they weren't in stock and Desert Sun wasn't going to be selling them anymore I got a personal email explaining the situation and offer to help with anything I needed if I decided to buy coffee from them later. Recently bought the whole bean Viva and Sunrise roasts, which were shipped quickly and were genuinely great coffees.
We drink several brands of high altitude coffee and Desert Sun is by far the smoothest and best tasting!! Such a treat to have found it!
These guys are the real deal. I opened my first coffee shop in '99, I've seen the industry change for better and worse. The hipsters went too light and started roasting underdeveloped, sour, acidic beans. The old timers and big corps burn everything so you can't tell how old it is. Everyone has preferences, and a good cup of coffee is what's good to you. These guys get that. No pretentious nose turning to dark roasts, not afraid to go light.
