These guys are the real deal. I opened my first coffee shop in '99, I've seen the industry change for better and worse. The hipsters went too light and started roasting underdeveloped, sour, acidic beans. The old timers and big corps burn everything so you can't tell how old it is. Everyone has preferences, and a good cup of coffee is what's good to you. These guys get that. No pretentious nose turning to dark roasts, not afraid to go light.
