At first I was please with my experience, however when I went to change out a flap I realized that one screw on each side (inside of the house and the outside of the house) were stripped. I tried to get it out using tools I had, and even went and bought a special tool for stripled screws. I was able to get the outside screw out and was able to remove the flap, but I was unable to get the screw out on the inside. Because of this I will never be able to replace the flap on the inside. This is the place folks!! My call was answered immediately, options were explained and left totally up to me. No hard sales here. Shaun was very professional, easy going, and answered all my questions. Appointment was set up and today Tim was here and installed the door in no time. He too, was very professional, had it done in hardly any time at all, and cleaned up like nothing had ever been touched. Great Job Tim!!! Installed my door today. Super professional, did a way better job than we could of imagined. Price was 1/2 of what I was quoted from other companies. They cut through our wall for us. Amazing
