I only wish I found Desert Springs Chiropratic 2 years ago when my back pain started! Dr Casey Johnston gave me more pain relief in one visit than I’ve had in all other treatments I have tried. I now have HOPE that I will be able to have a life free of this horrible back pain!!! Dr Johnston is treating the cause of my pain not just the symptoms. He is by far the BEST Chiropractor I have ever been to!!!

If you need a great chiropractor I would highly recommend Casey Johnston at DesertChiropractic. I never had much faith in chiropractors until I started seeing him. He has done wonders for my back!
Dr. Johnston and Dr. Arthur are the most caring Doctors I have ever known. They listen and truly work to give me the help I need each appointment. I used to have horrible low back pain due to my scoliosis but with consistency of service i have found relief. The staff are friendly and helpful. Best chiropractic care I have ever received.
I started seeing Dr. Arthur and Dr. Johnston in March for severe shoulder / neck pain. I found out that I have cervical lordosis and T spine subluxation. Since being treated on a regular basis I no longer have this pain, my carpal tunnel is better and miraculously my allergies that I have received immunotherapy for 9 years has dissipated. Dr. Johnson and his entire team are very professional, hospitable and extremely talented. Have been working with them steadily for past 3 years to reverse severe back issues as a result of 2003 Spinal fusion. Results have been phenomenal while significantly reversing deterioration and pain. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Thanks DSCC team!
