We bought a hot tub from Red Rock Spas. We picked it out and paid cash for it. Before we paid for it, they came and looked at where we wanted it set. They said it would be a "difficult" delivery. We wanted it on a deck about 2 feet off the ground. We told them we would take the railing and posts off one section of the deck. It would have been a tight squeeze, therefore deemed "difficult". When we paid for the tub, (cash), they charged us a $250 delivery fee because it would be difficult. We decided to remove another section ... read more
