In on time, friendly, takes time to explain everything. A pleasant visit.
Site advertises the MILD procedure. I made an appointment for an evaluation if I was a candidate for this. PA never heard of it. Apparently I would have to go to Scottsdale office for this. Wasted the afternoon here. I did receive a good in depth exam but this practice needs to get on the ball, and IMO a PA should be aware of the procedures offered on their website, as well as the office staff.
