Floating is incredibly pain relieving. 24 hours after my 1st float and my joint pain is still almost all gone. Can't wait to go back again!
RecommendedFloating is one of those Things you have to experience first hand. It was extremely relaxing. It took me about 15 minutes to relax but once I did I fell deep into meditation. When I woke up 45 min later I felt completely restored. I recommend doing a float and a massage together then drink lots of what we for a full body detox!!

One of the best investments I made for mind, body and soul. I have a lot of inflammation from years of snow skiing, scuba diving, playing tennis, working out and my lifestyle choices. I have been very hard on my body and experienced discomfort sleeping etc. also suffered from severe anxiety. Beautiful Spa atmosphere- very relaxing. Owners keep the place immaculate! It’s reassuring knowing that the pods are kept clean!
The owner is extremely friendly and willing to take the time to answer any questions. A great place to go for the experienced and those new to floating.
