This is a great complex to reside in not only other a handful of amenities like the 24 hour pool and workout room and let’s not forget about those packages that arrived by Amazon around the clock, which makes the dropbox super convenient. The landscaping is kept up well. The management is also very friendly and very helpful and flexible with all of your needs. So if you’re looking for a suitable place on the east side, this is it
Do not make the mistake to rent here…. When you do a contract they paint everything so nice and beautiful, if u make the mistake to move in before they fix or clean the carpet you canforget about it!! They don’t care they are not professional… before your contract it’s over your apartment get inspected again and they give the new quote of course much higher … do not fall for it….
I called the apartments to inquire about moving in and spoke with Danette. She is very helpful, nice, polite, and very informative about everything. If you need information about these apartments, ask for Danette.
I appreciate Ms. Danette and Ms. Yazmin for the smooth transition from a two bedroom apartment to a three bedroom apartment. Very efficient and professional. Kudos! ❤️
