Nice office and people.
I was denied service by the hygienist when I declined an upsell. I had scheduled an appointment to specially have my teeth cleaned. I left without having my teeth cleaned and filed a grievance with my insurance company. I've never ever been denied service anywhere. I had to select one star in order to post.
