We had A plumbing problem that involved our kitchen sink. Our regular plumber tried to unclog it, but was unable to do so. Carlos came and used his heavy duty equipment as well as a camera to assess what the problem was and where it was and was able to clean out the pipe completely! He was professional and let us know what was happening all along the way. He showed us the results and it was truly amazing to see an absolutely clean pipe we can now use our kitchen again and know that the problem has been completely resolved. ... read more
Called when I walked into my laundry room flooded. He answered the call and came out immediately helping avert serious water damage. Got the clog cleared in the waste drain to the washer. Excellent service, highly recommend!
Desert Rooter is fantastic! I had a drain problem called Carlos and he was on time, knew exactly how to fix the drain. Very honest, professional and knows exactly how to fix the problem. Would absolutely use Desert Rooting again and definitely recommend!

Carlos was absolutely great. On time, clean and fast! At the end of the service, the drains ran perfectly and we’ll be setting up a maintenance plan to keep this from surprising us next time ;-)
