Bianca and Tracy were prompt in rescheduling my appointment and ensuring my issue would be resolved in a single visit. The second-floor view of the Gass Peak area was incredibly relaxing. Alix and Dr. Hansen took appropriate time to address my concerns and provided exceptional care when standard anesthesia proved insufficient—they identified an additional nerve that needed attention and handled everything thoroughly in one visit.
Was told my root canal would take about an hour, I was there for 6 hours overall - with my mouth pried open for most of the time. Left in pain, emotional and with crappy dental work that deteriorated immediately. Tooth build up broke down and fell apart leaving me with a broken sharp tooth in my mouth before I could even get back to my crown appt. Now they are trying to collect more money from me after traumatizing me and performing sub par dental work. Honestly really disappointing. Referring office could care less as well ... read more
Nothing but great things to say about Dr. Hansen and his team. Had an unexpected root canal pop up, and hands down had the best experience i have had with a dental procedure. They were running behind, which they accomodated for and adjusted my appt. and i understand those type of things happen. What I did not expect is a thank you card when i checked out for having to wait longer than expected during the visit, so for that, thank you guys!
Dr. Hansen is an expert in his field. Knowledgeable, kind and professional. Loves what he does and it shows. He explains what's being done, answers any questions you have and has sincere concern for his patients welfare. If you need endodontic treatment this is the only office you should consider. The front office is helpful, kind, sincere and fun, unlike other Endodontic offices in LV.
