OMG! Amazing doctor and staff! Most patients are apprehensive about dental visits. Doctor Hansen made me feel completely relaxed. He explained every step concerning procedures that he was taking so that I would feel comfortable. He even gave me heads-up regarding noise, and slight vibrations. It is obvious that he has a good relationship with his staff. The entire group displayed professionalism, friendliness, and respect. I came out the WINNER!!!
As someone who has dental anxiety ! Dr. Hansen & his staff were very patient with giving me breaks, & being gentle ! I really appreciated that he respected that I myself work in the field & he took the time to show me the x-rays & explained throughly what was done
I give this place a 1000000/10. Everyone at the front was so friendly. Tracy was very helpful in getting everything arranged for me. The dental assistant was extremely nice and made sure I was always comfortable. Dr Hansen is extremely calm, comforting, and gentle. Normally my anxiety is so extreme, but my experience here was so amazing. The treatment rooms have floor to ceiling windows which really helped my anxiety…it gave me something to look at and distract myself so I wasn’t staring at 4 walls and all the scary tools. Dr Hansen and his staff are amazing people! I was having the worst pain of my life from a very angry nerve in my tooth and they fit me in that morning for a consultation and imaging. Ended up able to do the procedure right away (this was pure luck but they did have an appointment for me the next morning just in case). His staff actually made an incredibly uncomfortable day dare I say, enjoyable? So friendly and understanding at a very scary moment for me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
Dr Hansen was fabulous. Very gentle and informative. All his staff was so kind & caring it was amazing. I get very panicky going to a dentist & he was understanding & I had a little gas that made me relaxed & comfortable. I'm almost 72 have had cancer 3 times twice with treatment & I have witnessed some very rude people over the years starting at the ck in desk.
