I dread going to the dentist but Dr. Rogers & the staff at Desert Ridge Dental have many options to help even the most nervous of patients face their fears. I got IV Sedation and don't remember much of my dental work. What would typically be a very stressful appointment was easy and over before I knew it.
Wisdom teeth removal was a success. Very caring staff. Sedation was great and made the process smooth and pain free. Thank you for everything!
I love Desert Ridge Dental. I liked Dr. Rauch and now Dr. Rogers. They are caring and wonderful people and the staff is amazing. Dr. Rogers called me right back regarding a dental issue and said if there were any more problems call the office or his cell. It is nice that my issues can be resolved. The past 3 months have been a major adjustment for me with my dentures. The entire office has been accommodating and patient. I love this office and Dr. Rogers has gotten rid of my fear of dentists. Thank you all.
Cancelled one appointment for the first time ever. I called first thing in the morning for an afternoon appointment. Then, I was charged $100 because I didn't give 48 hours notice. Didn't even get any warning. I guess I should have gone to my appointment and thrown up all over the dentist. Duly noted. And this was after I had to argue with the receptionist to see Dr.Rauch who has always been my dentist. Time to take my business elsewhere.
I love this place. Best dentist I've ever been to. The staff is great, and they have been so helpful with all of needs. I would highly recommend them. Thank you for everything!!!!
Wisdom extraction.... I went in relaxed as can be got in the chair.... Nightmare took over I started to cry and Liz really talked to me and kept me calm if it hadn't been for Liz there to comfort me I would have been so cray cray. Over all pleasant experience accommodating and and very compassionate. Thank you Liz and Dr. Williams for your excellent people skills and understanding. Both get employee of the month.
