PREDATORY BILLING practices against Senior Citizens. They acknowledged receiving my $18 check but then listed 'UNABLE TO LOCATE' . I was charged $35 for their mishandling the check I provided. They listed the penalty fee as INSUFFICIENT FUNDS. I sat with my bank representative as she explained to DRM that the bank never received or processed my check and that I have more that sufficient funds in my account.
