The caseworker used to really care for the clients here that was 5 maybe 6 years ago. Now I feel like they just hire anyone for the job! My son got a new caseworker and only talked to this lady one time.... I asked for help for my son..... never heard from her again.... and never tried to send any resources....that was over a month ago! 🙄
They have been part of my special needs granddaughter's caretaking for 5 years now, I speak for her Developmental Specialist who is appointed to help care for her, she is the best there is in this very difficult field. She is sincerely devoted to the progress of her clients and has always been compassionate to each individuals needs, for some it may be a 9-5 however this specialist is solely devoted to the very challenging field she works in. So grateful
