I adore my psychiatrist. Dr. Nicole Hartmann. Whatever she says, goes. However, at some point in time, I shall truly miss my Alprazolam. I am usually a nervous wreck. I don't like to go outside. I went shopping at an Albertsons (2/19) only because it was in the same strip-mall as is my dentist (there were so many foods that I craved.). And I did it without any Alprazolam. I got through it all because there was so much food I was craving. Next dentist appointment will be on 8/20. I look forward to splurging once again.
