My Husband and I rented from this company in 2020 and they were great! Cathy was kind, considerate and compassionate. The maintenance team were always quick and helpful. I would definitely rent with them again!
Very unprofessional management! (they recently moved over to Utopia Management) Work orders seem to take forever to get answered, things are never fixed when asked. It took them almost 2 months to fix my stove/oven. The lawn maintenance hasn’t been done in a year, weeds and overgrown grass is everywhere! My son is highly allergic to specific types of grass and he can’t even go outside because the grass is as tall as him and he breaks out almost every single time! This place deserves ZERO stars! Kathy has horrible management skills and not professional at all very rude and will hang up on you and is no help when you express a concern i would not recommend this place and reconsider when looking into this business every phone call is a horrible experience they do not care about their properties very bad business
