I would give this business 6 stars, if that were an option. I had gone to the ER for a sore/inflamed ankle, but go no relief. I had a 2-week European vacation just 3 weeks out, so dropped by their office to see about doing a walk-in. That was not possible, but was able to get in to see Dr. Pfau within one week. He asked how I got in so quickly, as they had a waiting list of more than one month. Obviously, the receptionist went out of her way to fit me in.
