Met with Dr. Merrill for an ongoing issue with my foot. Was unable to wear any of my shoes for months due to sharp pain in my left small toe. My primary doctor was unable to diagnose the problem and referred me to Dr. Merrill. Dr. Merrill took a look at my toe, told me what the problem was, grabbed a scalpel and snip, snip, problem solved. Wasn’t even painful. Unbelievable. And he’s a really nice guy. Will be going back to him in the future and highly recommend.
Drs are great here but office person who is responsible to collect co pays didn’t validate what copays to collect. This office is considered a Tier One under UHC but were wanting to collect an out of network fee when insurance confirmed they are in network as tier one. Ended up leaving the office and cancelling the appointment as they do not appear to know what fees to collect.
All of the staff are great. Friendly and helpful. Dr Phau is the best. Always takes his time and answers my questions. I feel confident going to the office.
Very professional and easy to communicate with. Staff was very pleasant.
Well I was not happy with last visit my toenail needed off but instead I was told to go get pedicure
