First let me start out by saying Dr Okomoto is a great dentist , we have going to his office for 10+ years now . He is very positive, knowledgeable, and just all around great. Now the reason we will no longer be going , due to nothing more than a bad front desk staff and billing coordinator standing in as a manager. Confirmed the appt a week ago, and 24 hrs before the appointment they asked for updated information on health insurance as it changed. We had a ped dental emergency late in the day on a holiday week. The team made space for us and the whole appt was so fast and awesome, incl X-rays and a bonding. Clearly experts and so caring. Couldn’t recommend more!

This Dental office does it AGAIN!!!! Since I used to work in an dental office I think it made me appreciate the work this one puts in even more. We signed in & I didn't even get to sit down in the waiting room before they called us back. They have t.v, video games, & legos for the siblings waiting. Doctor & dental assistants ask/listen to any questions or concerns and they are so gentle, so understanding with both kids.
