Today was my first visit at Family Dental Station and I was very impressed. The office is cute and clean. And all of the staff I encountered today were beyond friendly. Even the ones just passing in the halls. The Dental assistant Eric was incredibly friendly, gentle, efficient and knowledable. He really helped ease the appointment from the getgo. Since this was my first visit to the Family Dental Station, this will be short. Front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. Ivy scheduled my first appointment and explained their 1-866 discount program which seems to be well worth the small annual payment. The wait was short and Eric, a dental tech, met me and took the series of many xrays required, explaining the whole process as he went. He was able to answer many of my questions easily. After calling around to more than 15 offices trying to find a good family dentist I'm glad I decided to go here. The office staff was very nice, the assistant was phenomenal with my 4 year old daughter, explained everything very clearly to her in a way she could understand. Dr. Arthur's was so pleasant with excellent bedside manor.
