keeps misgendering my friend even though they KNOW hes a transgender man. he legally changed his name and they STILL deadnamed him. misgendered me constantly while i was there and while I was trying to contact my friend, wont answer their phone when me and my friends try to call our friend who is in there. I corrected them on my friends pronouns several times and they still didnt get the hint. got annoyed.
I tried to call up there to this place over 10 times they are very rude and disrespectful there if you tell them them that you didn't want to bother them when your daughter first came in there or your son first came in there you wanted them to do they work for the first 3 to 4 days that you don't know the patient cold so her room is ridiculous especially with you saying you the mother and you telling them the child stay with you cuz do you know damn well they not going to give this child no place to stay once they release th... read more
I was discharged yesterday without medication I was told I would have, I have been calling nonstop about getting my pharmacy added on and everyone keeps transferring or hanging up on me entirely. I was there for suicidal ideation and Ive been out ONE DAY and I keep being hung up on left and right. They LITERALLY keep hanging up on me, even in outpatient, even if I requested the operator, nobody is allowing me through so I can have safe access to medication they've JUST put me on.
