Has to be the worst hospitalization of my life. I felt worse there than when I did beforehand. Worst staff, so very disrespectful, insulting, and rude. And not to mention absolutely NO checking in on patients. I didn't eat for days and had severe anxiety while here. The doors were always unlocked so I was always in my room and staff never checked in on me. None of the staff monitored peer conversation and I was verbally harassed by another patient and nothing was said afterwards about it. Don't send your kids here please.
My daughter was placed there secondary to a manic episode. They put her on antidepressants and another med for bipolar depression. She has no depression what-so-ever. They had no interest in communicating with family or caretakers even with a written release. My daughter came in severely manic, and when I try to call the facility to discuss this, there is no one who is willing to talk to me. They also seem to be incapable of reading her history. This place is a JOKE, ITS A WASTE OF TIME ,Rotten FOOD ROTTEN INTAKE STAFF RUDE AWAKINING ,no security insane Freaks out of control ,I highly do not recommend this prison.
