Staff did not contact me to cancel my appointment. I took time off work and when I arrived I was told I needed to come back another day and take more time off work. Horrible communication between the staff and patients. Zero empathy they did not care.
The worst experience ever. I'm never going back.
What happened to the oath, do no harm? I was dismissed by the staff with no options or referrals because this practice no longer dispenses my pain medication. Shame!
