The wait is ridiculous the manager does nothing about it all the patients think the same way you guys triple book or something it’s not fair you guys care more about the money that patients care
This place is such a joke, I cannot even. They literally made me wait for 5 hours for no reason. They even threatened me when I asked to speak to the doctor who I waited 5 hours for and was turned away. Stay away from this dreadful place.
New owner. Had 3 years of the best care before new owner took over Desert Pain Specialist. And in one and 1/2 visits with the new Dr. She was uninformed in my heath records . And gave me a prescription that was wrong not for me. Never apologize.. The office manager dropped the ball he new everything before second visit. The Dr said she new nothing about the wrong meds that where given to me.. I called the manager a mouth before the second visit! Told him!. Punishing me for called them out..
Front desk is no good. I've been on hold for over 15 min. Its like I don't exist. If I could post a picture I would. No sense of urgency whatsoever. I highly recommend they retrain staff or dont bother trying to help people. I left 2 voicemails and after texting this its been over 16 min on hold. I doubt they will even see this message
New owner at Desert Pain Specialist. My new Dr. Prescribed me a perception that I shouldn't have had. Blood pressure medicine at a pain clinic. My blood pressure was at 55 /78. And I didn't know why. There a pain specialist Allright!
