I can’t speak for every patient, and I have experience with only one of their doctors (Irshad Shakir, MD) but I have found their office staff efficient and their online portal extremely easy to navigate. Dr. Shakir is knowledgeable, easy to talk to, caring, and skillful. My experience has been top-notch from start to finish; I’m grateful and pleased with the outcome.
I have the best experience from receptionist to nursing staff and PA. Dr. Ahmed is the most gifted surgeon. I don’t think I would still have my leg if I had not been referred to him. He is thorough, knowledgeable and compassionate. I wish I could give home more stars.
