The staff was friendly, efficient and attentive. The doctor was experienced, informative and kind. What a pleasant surprise in a situation that can be very scary.
They are so helpful! Took me in right away, hardly any waiting and knew exactly what was wrong with me. They are the friendliest nicest group of doctors and nurses. Wonderful wonderful people. Highly recommend this place. Thank you, Desert Oasis
Someone I know got told to go on a nature walk and drink vitamin C to get over whatever is happening to them. Don't know what is wrong still. Nothing was done. Worst place ever.
"As an urgent care provider, you would assume there would be some sense of urgency with the extensive training and education dr. Mauthe has received. Unfortunately, she does not apply that required skill as a doctor, nore does she apply much of anything. Quite frankly I had the nightmare of experience meeting Dr. Mauthe. The folks at the clinic were wonderful. However, the answering service gave me the most STUPID response I have ever heard from a service that is hired to answer telephones in a way, that would justify the expense.
