My experience at this facility in Palm Desert was absolutely fantastic from the front desk checking you in the two ladies there were so sweet and very nice and helpful to the gentleman that was The Nurse. I don’t know what his name is, but he was very cordial and excellent as well. I went to the urgent care in Palm Springs and was misdiagnosed. Much more of a mirage than oasis! Our 4 year old went to bed New Year’s eve with extreme ear pain and was up all night. Being NY Day very little was open and we tried everywhere. My wife made an appointment online and when she showed up with our crying and clearly in pain son they told her it was busy and they might not be able to fit her in. I always go out of my way to visit this location and feel confident that they will address my needs and make me feel at ease. They are extremely efficient & most importantly a very clean facility. If you need to reach them by phone you don’t have to go through a lengthy call tree & that too is a plus!
