Sales experience was great. However, within six months we found several issues with the vehicle that had been COVERED UP. We've had to replace a door handle that was super-glued internally ($45.) A trim piece had been super-glued in place and blew off on the highway ($52.) Replaced the leaking gas tank that had a previous attempted epoxy repair go bad ($2000.) Great car buying experience, the owner was very helpful and provided excellent customer service!
Riad was great to work with and had a wide variety of cars. He was very willing to let us take the vehicle for a PPI, and worked with us on price. In the end, another car worked out better for my daughter, but I would go back to Desert Mountain in an instant when in the market again. Thank you, Riad, for all your help during our search; so much appreciated your time and care.
