Nicole is wonderful to work with. She is knowledgeable, kind, compassionate and so approachable.
Unfortunately, I've had an overwhelmingly negative experience with Desert Mind Space. You should never feel as if you are being an inconvenience to a Dr, let alone one that is for mental health, yet that is how they made me feel here. If you are serious about your mental health and improving it, I would recommend you try another practice that approaches things with a little more compassion as this experience has had a significant negative affect on my mental health.
I recently went to Desert Mind Space and saw Nicole after losing my psychiatrist. I was so nervous starting with a new provider after years working with my previous doctor. I’m so glad I found this practice as I am thoroughly pleased with Nicole’s care and the time she took to understand my experience with my diagnosis. I felt heard and understood. Wait…are you in fact a patient of Nicole’s? I ask because any patient of hers would appreciate her knowledge and expertise and know that if and when she has students, she always asks if you are okay with having a student present, which you, as the patient, always have the option to decline. When you agree to having a student then you don’t have any right to post a negative review, that’s on you.
