They are the absolute worst! They charge hundreds of dollars a month but won't answer emails or phone calls. Then for the real cherry on top they tow your vehicle when it's them that hasn't bothered to issue a permit. I'm sure the towing company didn't kick back ANY money to the HOA, that would be unethical.
I have called this number over 21 times my plumbing has backed up no one in the office attempt to answer the phone I've been calling ever since 11:30 it is 1:30 now no one has answered the phone 0 they refuse to answer the phone my plumbing is backed up so overflowing on the floor hot water heater cold water coming out I've been trying to get a hold to maintenance answer the phone but they won't they rent on time they don't want to do no work I'm so sick of this company I hate that I signed a year lease
Not a good company. Randomly sends notices for things you never did and threatens to fine you for said things with no proof. Also kept all the money for the entire shut down instead of refunding some of the dues when they closed the pool, spa, and workout room. Things that I bought my place for and paid to use for 14 months with no access while paying for them. No stars. Do not recommend.
