Service department is poor. Communication is horrible between the service managers and the service department. Lots of frustrated customers on two recent visits. Very poor operations!!
I have recently moved to the Desert with a certified car that I bought in Illinois befor I left. The staff know me by name. I have paid for washing services and every time I come inn I am greeted by name by George,Jjames, Flora and Samantha. I look forward to my car washes, it like Visiting with friends.
We always enjoy shipping cars for Desert Lexus and their customers. They are first class in all they do.
