We recently purchased a 2017 BMW X6 which I found on their website and inquired about. The response was prompt and salesman Kyle Forga did a tremendous job. He was very up front, responsive, and a lot of fun to work with. I would definitely recommend buying a car from them and make sure to ask for Kyle and you will not be sorry. I will definitely be looking back at them the next time I go looking for a car.
I did not lease my car from them and they treat me like if they are doing me a favor to service my car . No sense of urgency ever .Very disappointed by my experience with them. I got a Lexus and expect to get excellent service from any dealership.
Wonderful. From the moment we droven up, till the time we left. Inside the dealership was clean, brand new and proper COVID practices were in place. Because my wife is concerned, sales man Steve wiped down the interior surfaces of the car s we looked at. I went in today to purchase a used car they had advertised on their website as well as Autotrader.com. The salesman, Tony told me the car had mechanical issues and they were not selling it. I left disappointed, but I understood. Less than 30 minutes later, I received an alert from Autotrader that the same car had a price increase of $4,000. I called Tony & he said that’s what it was going to cost to fix the issues. my company has spent over 2 million dollars with lexus and in the history of lexus this is the WORST dealership in the history of lexus dont even get me started with brian the service mgr has no social skills and has never heard of customer service or no how to acknowledge somebody , nut kenny is service is the worst adviser i have ever had, has tons of attitude zero social skills, and my car never got fixed to this day, this place no idea what customer service is, dont ever make this mistake and come here u will b sorry
This dealership needs to replace whoever worked on my AC service. I was visiting from out of town, and my AC started blowing hot air. I brought the car in and paid $300 for AC service. The first time I tried to pick up the car, it was still blowing hot air so I left it another night. The next day when I picked up the car they told me there was nothing wrong with the AC and sent me on my way. Within 10 minutes, the AC started blowing hot air again.
