Recommendation: I was quoted procedure for 10:00. When I didn’t receive a confirmation 2-3 days before my procedure I checked the patient portal. The portal for DiSC and Squaw Surgery Center documented my appt was for 1230. I called disc on day of procedure to confirm correct time. The procedure was scheduled for 1000. If I hadn’t called I would have been very late or clinic would label me a no show
