I have been taking my cats to DI Animal Hospital since 1995 and have always received excellent care from compassionate and caring vets. I especially want to thank Dr. Vitale for his wonderful care of my bengal cat.
I dislike this hospital very much I will never go back or recomend anyone to come here. I took my dog to get operated and they said that I hadn't made the appointment. I gave them the name of the person who helped me and they said they had no record of me calling and making the appointment. My dog was bad she had her leg open for about 2 days already and was in a lot of pain. They instead sent me home and gave her some shots. They charged me around $700 for a shot and she still had to wait for the operation. I will never go ... read more
I really just can't say enough amazing things about all of the staff!! They have helped us and our babies in good times and bad. I own Shampoochies dog grooming up the way on DI and i always recommend my clients go to Desert Inn Animal Hospital . They are amazing at what they do and are very compassionate!

Many thanks to Jennifer Willey she is so carrying . I have also in the past used Andrew Mong they are the most amazing vets you will ever find in this town. The staff is also amazingly nice.
The people there are so caring. Scrappy received the absolute necessary medication that she needed. I was told that the staff there were the bulldog specialist and I believe it.
Weird, I just called and asked if Desert Inn Animal Hospital is participating in any dental specials this month since it is the month most vets do this, and the lady was short, rude and answered with a "no, not necessarily". She did not offer to assist me or offer what the prices where and instead hurried off the phone. I have referred many people to this vet for their bulldog care with Dr. Arn and I would have made him my main vet if the location wasn't so far from me but this was my very first experience with their staff ... read more
