It's beautiful and reasonably priced. Manager was pleasant...all good things
hoarders haven drunks,neighbors too close
My Father, John Vargas lived at Desert Hills for many years. He always paid his rent by the year. In May or June he prepaid the whole year and Desert Hills is refuses to refund his monies to me his daughter and the sole beneficiary. They are liars and having to deal with this on top of it Sandy my Dads friend let "her neighbors" clean the motorhome they then took ownership of it and retitled in in their name in under 2 weeks. That is how long it took me to get there to get his things. BEWARE DO NOT PREPAY
