Sylvan is a craftsman in the old word tradition - accurate and meticulous in his workmanship, clean, punctual, polite and strives to please. The hardest part of writing this review is where to start…..My husband and I moved to Prescott a little over a year ago, bought a twenty year old 4400 square foot house that needed lots of love, and completely gutted it. If you're looking for a professional job being done, I highly recommend Desert Hardwood Flooring. Our job was the replacement of 1,700 sq ft of carpet, laminate & sheet goods. It also included replacing carpet on a set of stairs. We used a luxury vinyl plank on the entire 1,700 sq ft. The floor turned out to be beautiful. This is because of the quality of the workmanship. We recently replaced the carpeting in our house and moved to Wood Flooring. The final product turned out fantastic.
