I went to Desert Gastroenterology recently for a confirmation colonoscopy due to a false positive from a home test. Everyone in the office was so expeditious, professional, and kind. I can't express how appreciative I am of the way they took care of me during this process. I highly recommend Desert Gastroenterology.
Natalie APRN was very detailed and catered to my questions and she knew the questions to ask and follow-up after learning about my GI history. Very thorough and was never rushed but also maintained professionalism and the whole appt went smoothly and timely. Their staff from the front office, MA, to Charlotte made the whole process run professionally with care, concern, and respect. Thank you.

Over all it was informative and they spoke to me like they really cared. But, when I first got there, I was the only 1 there, it was their lunch hour, so I was given the paperwork to fill out. There were 7-9 people that came in after that. ALL of which were called up to counter before I was allowed to hand my paperwork over with ID & medical card.
