Dr. Mokoulu is the best Doctor. He is thorough and an expert in his field, he answers all questions. I have been seeing him for 10 years and he truly saved my life.
This place is very unprofessional, insensitive and doesn’t follow up with their customers. I was referred by my primary doctor from southwest medical. I wouldn’t recommend this place not even for my dog. The medical assistant is very rude, insensitive and unprofessional. Front office staff is not helpful and are very insensitive also. Please don’t come here because they refuse to take ownership and they will prescribe medication on a hit and miss process. Please don’t come here it’s very disappointing.
Office staff is horrendous and can care less about your health issues. I haven’t eaten in 5 freaking months, am on the verge of death, and these guys are totally okay with me dying before getting the help I need. The fact that you’re making me wait another 2 weeks to go over my Endoscopy results when they already told me what’s wrong is bullshit. So tired of nobody being in my shoes to where my health is taken as a freaking joke. I will be calling your corporate office
NP Natalie is a super attentive and easy to communicate with. I've had some real nightmares with others but Natalie is very helpful/calming.
Awful experience! Long waits, double booked appointments, insurance fraud. Saw the NP the last time and she knew nothing about my history. Got no answers for my problems. I can't recommend this place less!! Immediately had me in for a colonoscopy - fully paid, but they are still calling for billing over a year later!
