Update: Since the original post, the staff has been great with regards to response. Original: The office staff picks up calls and puts them on long hold times with no greeting. I've tried 3 times to reach this office to rebook a Colonoscopy and waited on endless hold. At least greet your patients and ask them to hold. At our initial appointment with the doctor, we only saw a nurse and we paid our $50 co pays. They scheduled us for the Colonoscopy at a surgery center not covered by our insurance. The office staff picks up calls and puts them on long hold times with no greeting. I've tried 3 times to reach this office to rebook a Colonoscopy and waited on endless hold. I want to start by saying that the five-star reviews for this clinic are misleading. Based on my experience, I believe many of them may have been posted by staff or are not reflective of the treatment patients actually receive. The front office and support staff are incredibly disrespectful, unprofessional, and lack basic courtesy. Their behavior is rude, dismissive, and uncalled for in a healthcare setting. I went one time and I met a NP which was fine I guess but the bigger issue was the violation of rights that I was met with when I got there and another lady who came in after me (a primarily Spanish speaker) asked for an interpreter and the office staff denied her the right to an interpreter and stated (loudly) that she was only having a colonoscopy so she “didn’t need one”…the lady looked so puzzled by even that and walked away looking so embarrassed….this was really upsetting
