Wait time is way toooooooo long! Appointment at 9:45 its been an hour and 15 and still waiting! Worse Dr office! Girl on front desk is rude!!!!!!
Believe the bad reviews posted against this location . The office staff are extremely rude. Patients do not deserve to be treated with their disrespect . The office staff are unhelpful, rude and dishonest .
I just called to schedule an appointment and they would not schedule with out details in full I let her know my labs and having gi issues she refused to schedule me and appointment. Wow this has never happened before
Update: Since the original post, the staff has been great with regards to response. Original: The office staff picks up calls and puts them on long hold times with no greeting. I've tried 3 times to reach this office to rebook a Colonoscopy and waited on endless hold. At least greet your patients and ask them to hold. At our initial appointment with the doctor, we only saw a nurse and we paid our $50 co pays. They scheduled us for the Colonoscopy at a surgery center not covered by our insurance. They left a message saying th... read more
