This review is strictly about the office staff!!! Worst that I’ve ever experienced in my life! Stay away from this place PLEASE!!!
The staff here is horrible! They unprofessional and disrepectful over the phone and in person. I only seen Dr. ADEDAYO MOKUOLU one time, he was decent. But that staff of his is a poor reflection of him. I had to cancel my surgery and I sent an email through their website because my phone was disconnected. Once my phone was turned back on I called them right away to cancel this 2.5 days before my surgery. Mind you I sent the email 8 days before my surgery to cancel. I had gone by this business location a few times for questions and or pickup or drop off. Today, I got blindsighted by this business, via particular NP Natalie H., of Desert Gastroentrerlogy received a letter to state they no longer have me as their patient after I gave a copy of the past records of mine last week to show them as NP Natalie's notes to show there were errors on her last notes of mine stating that I declined a Colonoscopy, which I don't ever recall declining it from them 2024 visits as I only saw them 2 x that... read more
Wait time is way toooooooo long! Appointment at 9:45 its been an hour and 15 and still waiting! Worse Dr office! Girl on front desk is rude!!!!!!
Believe the bad reviews posted against this location . The office staff are extremely rude. Patients do not deserve to be treated with their disrespect . The office staff are unhelpful, rude and dishonest .
