Not sure what happened to this place. I had usually had great experience at the La Quinta location, today's experience was not so great. Staff was kind and attentive. But the Dr that saw me, not so much. She didn't want to answer my questions. She seemed so rushed. She didn't care to explain my new prescription, even when I asked about it. I wasn't able to position myself comfortablly on the chair for her to look into my eyes as they do. I told her, and she pretty much looked at me , like deal with it. It’s my first time wearing glasses and the staff at DEA were so helpful and welcoming. My doctor made me feel comfortable and explained everything in simple to understand language.
I have an autistic brother that I was so worried about going on this appointment. The team at Desert Eye Association was absolutely amazing! Not only did they make him feel comfortable they also helped him pick out glasses and guided him through the whole procedure! They made him feel very comfortable. I’m so glad we chose this place. We will not go anywhere ele!! They are amazing. I wish I could give them 100 stars!!!!!
First time visit to Desert Eye Associates for a 2nd opinion today - saw Dr. Kim and immediately fell in love with her! She was so thorough and reassuring to my changing vision; made me feel right at home. The ladies at the front desk (Andrea and Dana) were so helpful and friendly as well! Not only will I be back, but this will be my optometrist going forward.
