Update 8/20/2026: still terrible…went out of my way to pick up my contacts and they were not what was ordered so they have to reorder them…funny how they want to charge you a $50 no show fee when their AI answering service doesn't work when you call to leave a message but no ever answers the phones but when you go to get your contact order we cant charge the doctor’s office for their REGULAR mistakes, or inconveniences, gas to drive there, time missed from work…etc. this place has gone down hill fast. Loved the staff, efficiency, and updated equipment! Dr. Rosen was kind and easily understood. He was not rushed and took time to answer my questions.
I was met right on time, Joanna (technician) was very helpful and informative. Dr. Pfau was thorough, as usual, and addressed issues both for right now and for the future. I feel my eye care is in very good hands with this group.
