Called several times during office hours on multiple days and could not get anyone to answer the phone. Left a message 4 days ago and still have not received a call back. It’s been over a month and they still haven’t called me back. Tried calling again today and couldn’t get a hold of anyone. Left another message.

Stopped in to have a screw put in my brand new eye glasses purchase at Desert Eye and no one could help me...they wouldn't even give me the screw to do it myself. Lousy service. Not very helpful and very expensive.
This is an updated review after a follow up conversation. The technicians and assistants at this Desert Eye Associates location are overall great, educated, and kind people from a personal standpoint. However, in my opinion my main concern and reason for visiting was not adressed appropriately during my initial visit.
