When checking out the apartments for the first time, I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Kita (front desk leasing specialist). She acknowledged me when I came in and, although very busy when I walked in, she made sure to offer me water while I waited. She helped me through the entire process, start to finish, with a smile. Liz (leasing office manager) had the same hospitality. I moved in in March and it is now august I am still waiting on my maintenance request to be completed. I will say they are quick to point out any little thing you should not have in your patio and want to hand out a notice but when you call them regarding a matter they do not respond.

Lived here for two years. Management changed 3x. I did not enjoy my time here at all. For starters, everything in the unit was old. Appliances had to break before they were replaced. My washer, dryer, and dishwasher all broke down at one point. The metal grab bars in my bathroom were rusty and old but they refused to replace them. The paint in the tub was peeling and I had to fight for months to get it resurfaced. My unit also had a termite infestation because mud trails were found in a closet and living room.
