Apartment roof has been leaking water since December. In February it finally started leaking in my master bedroom . March my room is no longer livable due to roof still not being fixed and now there’s mildew smell and my walls are turning brown. Finally roof was fixed on 3/11 but I’m still able to sleep in my room due to wall and carpet needing to be replaced.
When I put my maintenance requests in, it is responded to and completed quickly and correctly, the 1st time.
I have resided at Desert Eagle Estates, for three year. I had know problems here. They keep the grounds up as well as maintenance of their apartment.
