I have not experienced customer service like the staff provided at Valley Dental Group ANYWHERE before. Each person at Dr. Eifler's office greeted me and asked my name. They went above and beyond to create a level of comfort that even for the most terrified of dental patients (me!) made the experience a breeze. Due to lack of care about the health of my teeth and gums over the years I have a few more appointments to get me back on the healthy track. I always enjoy seeing the staff at Valley Dental Group. My kids & I come every 6 months for a cleaning. We are always welcomed with a big HI! I really enjoy their expertise and honesty. You really can't find that at another other Dental company. My kids & I were just talking about how we went to another Dental company about 7 or 8 years ago and they tried to tell me my kids had cavities. My kids have never had cavities.
