RecommendedMy husband had Alzheimer’s and lived at this facility 8 months. Staff was wonderful and Heather, the manager was kind and very helpful. Unfortunately my husband died of Alzheimer’s.
I'm the resident here I do that do not have dementia so I don't fit in right now I am in quarantine. so I went to see a doctor and went to pick up the check to paid for the place those today I mean totally ignored I know I'm not like very well because they cannot be pushed around. I am a human being and a American I'm supposed to have rights and now here.
They treat my dad so well. He loves it! �
Very pleasant, happy and polite staff. Beautiful courtyard, residents seem very relaxed and happy. Daily activities planned and posted so everyone knows what’s happening.
It's full of great people, friendly and helpful staff, lots of space to just sit and enjoy the surrounding views, spacious rooms and attached back patios, activities to keep you from getting bored, space to visit with family or friends in the courtyard gazebo or sunset patio right outside the dining room. Dining room is full of windows so we can enjoy the amazing sunsets the sunset patio is named for. I'm proud to call Desert Cove in Desert Hot Springs, CA my home. :)
This is a beautiful place with gracious staff and a great place to call home. The room service makes it 5* as does the coordinated effort to make everyday pleasent. I live here. DAVID
