Let's start here: everyone was rude. I was scheduled to see Majid Torabi, MD and saw Mitchell Claire, PA. When I got into the examination room, I overheard the PA talking to a nurse about the medication I take in the hall and made a joke about it. Medications that neither are qualified to comment on, just for the record, as these medications are outside the realm of their practice and intellect. really bad office would never go there again had to wait 1 hr to get seen MA anayra is very disrespectful every time I trying to ask her a question she’s on her phone telling me to hold on .. it’s like why work then if all you’re doing Is being on your phone .. extremely being very rude at the same time don’t care about the patients I would never recommend this office and I would never go back there again..
Very bad service here never going back! Employee name Anayra is very rude she has poor customer service I asked her for her name she refuse giving it to me I had to call corapte on her and report her dude to article and so ingnorant didn't want to give me her full name not profesional at all be caful guy don't trust the workers here
The doctors are nice and the women who administer the shot are too! The receptionist up front on ther other hand was incredibly rude and condescending towards me. I asked a simple question about allergy testing and she looked/answered me like I asked her something absurd. I see other people have complained too. I hope the office pays attention to this it would be much appreciated.
Worst Dr appt EVER!! The two receptionists were so unprofessional, one was on a personal call with a friend for 5 mins. I waited 5 mins just to talk to them and check in. I always arrive 15 mins early, and waited 48 mins to be seen. An elderly man screamed people just arriving were seen before him, he was right!
