I waited 2 months for an appointment for my step son. I manage ALL of his medical needs because his mother is absent. So when I booked the appointment and said “I would like to schedule an appointment for my step son” The woman on the phone did NOT disclose that his father would need to sign paperwork for me to take him. The ignorant receptionist said the person scheduling the appointment “must’ve assumed” i was his “real mom” and so he cannot be seen. The tech dude who did my hearing test was super great. The front desk lady was not really personable. I didn’t even get to see the doctor because my results were sent to my primary doctor. Something felt off and it felt really crammed in that little office. Not really an enjoyable experience. From what I hear the Doctor is great but my visit was short and the way the wrote my doctors note was really weird.
